NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 24, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 004045 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RFMSI 2006-S10 is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT A. ADAMS; SHEILAH C. ADAMS; ; GULF AND BAY CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on May 24, 2019 at 09:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 309, BUILDING E, GULF AND BAY CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1326, PAGE 768 ET SEQ AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGES 9, 9A-9F, INCLUSIVE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
