NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 10, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017 CA 004024 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein Ori Darmon and Tal Nemzer, Plaintiffs, Christine Fischer is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on the 16th day of May 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 18736 & 18737 SOUTH VENICE UNIT 70, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1435 Page 902, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida aka 5930 Elton Road, Venice, Florida 34293, and Property Folio Number/Account Number/Parcel ID 0473060052.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHE THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING,RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
