Beeman; National City Bank; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; John Tenant; Jane Tenant are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 24th day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE FIFTY FOOT EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS THE CENTER LINE OF WHICH IS THE HALF SECTION LINE OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, EXTENDING FROM THE NORTH LINE OF PARCEL C ABOVE DESCRIBED IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH THE EAST-WEST HALF SECTION LINE OF SAID SECTION, THENCE EASTERLY ALONG A COUNTY MAINTAINED GRADED ROAD TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH VERNA ROAD.
