BOARD WORKSHOP SESSIONS: The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, 5401 Bay Shore Boulevard, Sarasota, Florida 34243, in the Ting Tsung and Wein Fong Chao Foundation Lecture Hall, Asian Wing, Sarasota, Florida, on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, from 1:00-5:00 p.m., and on Thursday, May 16, 2019, from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE DISCUSSED: General business of the board to include discussions regarding branding, the university's strategic plan and metrics, and such other academic or fiscal matters as deemed necessary and proper.
