NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated the 24 day of April, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-005730, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE (CWMBS 2005-HYB7), is the Plaintiff and EDGARDO MINA; JAQUELINA A. MINA; THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 23 day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 25, UNIT 1, LEHIGH PARK, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 East, lehigh acres, according to plat thereof recorded in plat book 15, page 64, public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
