NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-002555, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CRANZI PLANCHER A/K/A CRANDIEU PLANCHER, DECEASED; OSLENE MEDOUARD; YVONNE WILLIAMCEAU; LAURETTA PLANCHER; ISMAEL PLANCHER; WOOSBEND MEDOUARD; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 23 day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13A, BLOCK “H”, TRAILWINDS UNIT 3 , A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 136, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
