NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 18-CA-006239 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, f/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-82,MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-82 c/o Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, is Plaintiff and DANFORTH LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., et al., are Defendant(s).
