Faro are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE. REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on May 24, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 17-201 MERANO AT THE COLONY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3386, PAGES 3649 THROUGH 3833, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
