Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 29 day of April, 2019, and entered in case No. 19-CC-467 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CAPE COLONY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and, PETER KOEBERLE, KARIN D. KOEBERLE-ZELLER, WORLD SAVINGS BANK N/K/A WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 31 day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Apartment Number 207 of the CAPE COLONY CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration thereof dated February 3, 1972, recorded in Official record Book 776, Page 811, as subsequently amended. Together with all appurtenances thereto.

Previously misidentified in the deed to owner mortgage and liens as:
Apartment Number 207 of the CAPE COLONY CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration thereof dated January 27, 1972, recorded in Official Record Book 766, Page 811 and Official Record Book 1324, Page 1591, Official Record Book 2209, Page 3301, Official Record Book 2254, Page 3994, Official Record Book 2379, Page 1273 all of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record. Together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
