NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2019, entered in Case No. 17-CA-007994 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Indenture Trustee for People's Choice Home Loan Securities Trust Series 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and Juan Camilo Gonzalez a/k/a Juan C. Gonzalez; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for People's Choice Home Loan, Inc.; Courtney Palms Condominium Association Inc. are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 22nd day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 203, OF COURTNEY PALMS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15019, PAGE 0589, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
