HERITAGE HARBOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF WORKSHOP
Heritage Harbor Community Development District will hold a Workshop on May 15, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. at the Heritage Harbor Clubhouse Library, 19502 Heritage Harbor Parkway, Lutz, Florida.
The purpose of the workshop is to develop the proposed Fiscal Year 2019/2020 budget and review the District's Commercial Lease. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with standard statutory guidelines. The Board of Supervisors will not take any action at this workshop.
A copy of the agenda and draft budget may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, DPFG Management and Consulting, LLC, 15310 Amberly Drive, Suite 175, Tampa, Florida 33647, Ph: (321) 263-0132, Ext. 4209, during normal business hours.
