Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries and grantees, if any, of THOMAS JOHN LESHINSKY, JR. claiming an interest in the real property which is the subject of this aciton by, through or under him.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida has been filed against you, to wit:
Begin at a point 185 feet South of the NE corner of the West 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 11, Township 28 South, Range 15 East; thence run North 185 feet to the Section line; thence run West along the Section line 135 feet; thence run South 155 feet paralleling the Eastern boundary of Plot; thence run in a Southeasterly direction to the Point of Beginning.

You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Mya M. Hatchette, Esquire, Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 329 Park Avenue North, Winter Park, Florida 32789, on or before 5-31-19, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
