NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24th, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-000074-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-A1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and RANDALL J. STEVENSON A/K/A RANDALL STEVENSON; ROSANNA STEVENSON; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES UNDER TRUST NO. 5817 DATED MARCH 15, 2010; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN PARTY #1 N/K/A ANGELA CASTRO; UNKNOWN PARTY #2 N/K/A WILLIAM THIGPEN; RANDANNA LLC, AS TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST NO. 5817 DATED MARCH 15, 2010; are defendants. A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
