YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, PARK SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF PINELLA COUNTY, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 133, Building D, PARK SOUTH CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 46, Pages 101-103, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5130, Page 545, et seq., of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto. With the following street address: 6220 58th Street N., #133, Pinellas Park, Florida, 33781.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before June 3, 2019, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
