NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 12-010941-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V-B, is the Substituted Plaintiff and PETER M. LENHARDT; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on August 15, 2019 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
