NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 17-007109-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-29CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-29CB, Plaintiff, and, PANKAJ M. THAKKAR A/K/A PANKAJ MOHANLAL THAKKAR, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Courts, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 28th day of May, 2019, the following described property:
LOT 3, ROYAL PALM VILLAGES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGE 40 AND 41 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
