CONRAD PHIFER CRANE, as Plenary Guardian of the Person and Property of BETTYE RAE CRANE, filed a Petition for Discharge upon the grounds of change of domicile of the Ward and a Final Accounting on January 15, 2019. Jurisdiction of the ward will be transferred to the state of Alabama.
Any objection must be in writing and must state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based. The objection is abandoned unless a notice of hearing is served within 90 days after the objection is filed.
