NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-003918 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-NC3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-NC3, is Plaintiff and DWAINE A. SHEWARD; PATRICIA SHEWARD A/K/A PATRICIA T. SHEWARD; et al, are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 9TH day of JULY 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
