NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2019 and entered in Case No. 52-2015-CA-005643-XX-CICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005 4C, is Plaintiff and RONALD MAGGIO A/K/A RONALD R. MAGGIO; MICHELE MAGGIO A/K/A MICHELE S. MAGGIO; et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 9th day of JULY 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 148, WATERFORD CROSSING PHASE II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGES 33 THROUGH 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
