NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2019, entered in Case No. 522018CA001608XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank dba Regions Mortgage Successor by merger to Union Planters Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Maria D. Rouse a/k/a Maria Rouse Jadus; John P. Jadus a/k/a John Jadus; U.S. Bank National Association, Successor in Interest to U.S. Bank National Association ND; Florida Housing Finance Corporation are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 35 FEET OF LOT 55, AND THE WEST 50 FEET OF LOT 56, ORANGE TERRACE, 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
