NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2019, entered in Case No. 2017-CA-007974-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2006-WM3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-WM3 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of David Mott a/k/a David Mott, Sr., Deceased; Westwood Improvement Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 28th day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, BLOCK A, WESTWOOD HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 129, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
