NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13, 2019, entered in Case No. 482018CA005548A001OX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Brent J. Semachko a/k/a Brent Semachko; Gina Semachko; Microf LLC dba Microf; Eastwood Community Association, Inc. f/k/a Deer Run South Community Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 30th day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 102, NORTHWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE(S) 39 THROUGH 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
