NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 11, 2019 in Civil Case No. 18000905CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein MIDFIRST BANK, A FEDERALLY CHARTERED SAVINGS ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and MICHAEL RAYMOND GUZMAN, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the day of 6/6/2019, at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 4842, PORT CHARLOTTE GOLF COURSE SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 33A TO 33G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
