NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2014 in the above action, the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Manatee, Florida, on June 4, 2019, at 11:00 AM, at WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM for the following described property:
Lot 10, of SHERWOOD PINES SUBDIVISION, less that part of Lot 10, described as follows: Begin at the most Northwesterly corner of Lot 10, of SHERWOOD PINES SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 22, at Pages 33 and 34, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; thence N 39 degrees 23`34” E, along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 10, a distance of 56.34 feet; thence S 69 degrees 53`23” E, a distance of 21.20 feet to the centerline of a common wall; thence S 50 degrees 36`11” E, along the centerline of said common wall a distance of 32.00 feet; thence S 52 degrees 53`57” E, a distance of 36.30 feet to a point on the right of way line of 5th Street Court East, said line being a curve concave to the Southeast and having a radius of 53.00 feet; thence Southwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 21 degrees 37`50” an arc length of 20.00 feet to a point which bears S 24 degrees 12`34” W, a distance of 19.89 feet, said point being the most Southwesterly point of said Lot 10; thence N 76 degrees 36`21” W, a distance of 104.01 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
