YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to reestablish a mortgage subordination agreement and for entry of declaratory judgment recognizing and establishing of record Plaintiff's rights with respect to the real property in Manatee County, Florida described as:
Lot 1, Morgan's 38 as is recorded in Plat Book 24 Pages 89 and 90 in the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida Section 3, Township 35 S, Range 18 E
known as WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. v. CITIBANK, N.A., JOSEPH E. DUENNES, MICHELLE J. DUENNES and GOLDEN SURNISE PROPERTIES, LLC. ET AL., Case Number 2019-CA-1813, has been filed against you in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before JUNE 18, 2019, on BETH A. CRONIN, of Trenam, Kemker, Scharf, Barkin, Frye, O'Neill & Mullis, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 200 Central Ave., Suite 1600, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
