NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2019, and entered in 2018CA002067000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF AGNES A. PATTERSON, DECEASED.; ARNITA L. HUGHES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAMIE RANDALL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MILDRED F. DAVIS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; AMERICAN EXPRESS NATIONAL BANK F/K/A AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB F/K/A AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; REDBRICK FINANCIAL GROUP INC.; are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 13, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
