HARDY A/K/A JACK M. HARDY, SR.; SUSAN A. HARDY; VIENNA SQUARE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE VILLAS AT VIENNA SQUARE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 12, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
