NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2019 in the above action, the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Polk, Florida, on May 28, 2019, at 10:00 AM, at www.polk.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Lot 13, Cooper Addition, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 56, at Page 15, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
