NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2019, and entered in Case No. 53-2018-CA-002673 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Frank E. Cook, deceased, Joyce Ann Cook, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 6th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 15 CANDLELIGHT GROVE UNIT NUMBER TWO, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON AS A PERMANENT FIXTURE AND APPURTENANCE THERETO, DESCRIBED AS A 1986 MERIT SINGLEWIDE MOBILE HOME BEEARING TITLE NUMBER 43515175 AND VIN NUMBER S26521784.
