NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA005155000000, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST SERIES 2006-A7CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-G, is Plaintiff and JARRETT HEISTAND; ROBIN HEISTAND; CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; IMPERIAL PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30TH day of MAY, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 30 OF IMPERIAL PLACE, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES TO SAID UNIT, INCLUDING THE APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED FRACTIONAL INTEREST IN SAID COMMON ELEMENTS ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2268, PAGE 1844 AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 29 THROUGH 31, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
