NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA004988000000, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC2, is Plaintiff and NIDSA E. RODRIGUEZ; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; POINCIANA VILLAGE SEVEN ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk. realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4TH day of JUNE, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 998, POINCIANA NEIGHBORHOOD 4, VILLAGE 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 4 THROUGH 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
