NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to am Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated the 29th day of April, 2019, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 2012-CA-008390, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale pursuant to Administrative Order 3-15.12, and Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, with bidding beginning at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time, at www.polk. realforeclose.com on June 4, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 45, FOUR CORNERS PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 127, PAGE 14 AND 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
