Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2019, in Case No. 2019-CA-000281, of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, in which SUNDANCE MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and KATRINA C. HARVEY, and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on May 29, 2019, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 49 of Sundance Fields, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 155, Page 1 through 3, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida. Street address: 4244 Moon Shadow Loop, Mulberry, Florida 33860.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
