NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and to Disburse from Registry dated April 26, 2019 in Case No. 2018CA000185000000 in the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein ESTATES OF AUBURNDALE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL FETTER, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on May 30, 2019. ( ) www.polk.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 94, ESTATES OF AUBURNDALE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 127, PAGES 26-29, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
