NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA003318000000, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-2, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is Plaintiff and LENORA H. PRIMUS; UNKNOW SPOUSE OF LENORA H. PRIMUS, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk. realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4TH day of JUNE, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19 OF THAT UNRECORDED PLAT KNOWN AS COMBEE MANOR BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NW CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH RANGE 24 EAST, RUN THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE THEREOF A DISTANCE OF 498.13 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 137.0 FEET, THENCE WEST 66.38 FEET, THENCE NORTH 137.0 FEET, THENCE EAST 66.38 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS AND EXCEPT EXISTING ROAD RIGHT OF WAYS, ALL LYING AND BEING IN POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
