NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-001669-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and DINORAH VALDES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DINORAH VALDES N/K/A ALEJANDRO VALDES; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-SL1, are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the Third FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 3 day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT NO. 11, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 47, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
