NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-003554, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST,MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF18 is Plaintiff and CEDOMIR TRPCEVSKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CEDOMIR TRPCEVSKI; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK; CARLTON LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; IBIS POINTE III AT CARLTON LAKES, INC.; are defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 3 day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT D-8-202, IBIS POINTE III AT CARLTON LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2831, PAGE 243, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
