NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2019, and entered in Case No. 58-2018-CA-003129-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Mid America Mortgage, is the Plaintiff and Alan T. Gillespie a/k/a Alan Gillespie, City of Sarasota, Florida, Luis E. Vazquez, Pura Vazquez, The Independent Savings Plan Company d/b/a ISPC, The Unknown Heirs of Emory Andrew Whittington, deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 6th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
