NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of May, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018 CA 006021 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and DAVID GAINEY; SANDRA GAINEY; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JESSICA GAINEY; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK C, SARASOTA HIGHLANDS, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 79, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
