NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 2, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2017 CA 005496 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and REGINA GRIEK A/K/A REGINA MARIE GRIEK A/K/A GINA GRIEK; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A MICHELE LANTERMAN, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 6th day of June, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, SUNNYSIDE LAKE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 4 PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
