NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2019 in the above action, the Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Sarasota, Florida, on July 1, 2019, at 09:00 AM, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Lot 6, BAYWINDS ESTATES, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 24 and 24A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
