Unit 112, Building 1, of the Sentinel, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 999, Pages 674 through 718, inclusive, and as amended, and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 6, Pages 36 and 36A, and as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements as described in said Declaration
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
