RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed April 29, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-001451 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM BRADLEY HOLMAN A/K/A William Bradley Holman, JR, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 4, GROVE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE SOUTH 88.75 FEET OF SAID LOTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
