NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-001714 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NEW PENN FINANCIAL LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, is Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF RICHARD W. KLATT A/K/A RICHARD WAYNE KLATT A/K/A RICHARD KLATT, et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 31ST day of MAY 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
