NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 26, 2018, and Order granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale, dated April 30, 2019, entered in Case No. 13-CA-001794 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V is the Plaintiff and LAURA MONTERESSI-COUVERTIER; MILTON COUVERTIER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, SECRETARY OF HOUSING & URBAN DEVELOPMENT, are the Defendants.
