MARY WYMAN and JOHN DOE as unknown parties in possession,

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit/Lot No. 222 of PARKWOOD ESTATES, R.O.C., INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 8754, Page 57, and as amended in O.R Book 9085, Page 2172, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, legally described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with a 1969 PKWO mobile home bearing vehicle identification number 1263 FREE AND CLEAR OF ALL LIENS.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 12th day of June 2019. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
