NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2019, entered in Case No. 17-002163-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor trustee for JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders of Popular ABS, Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-A is the Plaintiff and Michael D. Scott; Unknown Spouse of Michael D. Scott are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 7, TYRONE GARDENS SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN THE PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
