NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 18-7872-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and RAVINDRA HARRICHARIN, SHERRY HARRICHARIN, AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK, MORTGAGEIT CO, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE SPECIALTY UNDERWRITING AND RESIDENTIAL FINANCE TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BCL, are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on May 29, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
