NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2019, entered in Civil Case No. 18-7466-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk, Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the Clerk's Website for online auctions at 10:00 a.m. on the 6th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
The Southerly 15 feet of Lot 7, and the Northerly 100 feet of Lot 8, Block A, HOULE'S INDUSTRIAL PARK, FIRST ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 14, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
