Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure Nunc Pro Tunc entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 17-736-CO-042, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
LOT 161, SPRING LAKE OF CLEARWATER, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, PAGES 91 THROUGH 94, INCLUSIVE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on June 6, 2019. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
